Assisted Stretch

Mobility built by hands that know exactly where to guide you.

Assisted stretch pairs PNF technique with a practitioner's guidance to reach ranges of motion you can't access alone, delivered in your home, on your schedule, across the Denver metro.

What It Is

Assisted Stretch

Guided by an expert, not left to guesswork.

Assisted stretch uses proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, PNF, a technique that combines passive stretching with brief muscle contraction to release tension held deeper than a static stretch alone can reach. Your practitioner reads how your body responds in real time, entirely in the comfort of your own space, and adjusts pressure, angle, and pace accordingly. Our Assisted Stretch Practitioner will arrive promptly and will require only a small space to guide you through targeted stretches to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Stay fully clothed. Move more freely.

Common Questions

Whether you're new to our services or looking for more clarity on how we deliver care in your home, we've compiled the most frequently asked questions about our approach.

Do I have to book a full assessment to get started?

No. Single sessions of massage, assisted stretch, chiropractic, physical therapy, or natural medicine are always available on their own. The Introductory Exam is for clients who want a coordinated, comprehensive plan across our full team.

Do you come to my home for every session?

Yes. Every discipline, from massage to chiropractic to physical therapy, is delivered in your home, across our four current service zones.

How is The Home Practice different from booking a mobile massage?

Anyone can book a single mobile session. The Home Practice is built around a coordinated team: when you want it, your practitioners work from the same assessment and the same plan, so care builds over time instead of starting over at every visit.

How do I book?

Use the Book Now button at the top of this page, or reach out directly at consult@thehomepractice.com or (720) 316-6316.
