The Home Practice Method
One team. One plan. Every discipline working from the same assessment.
Most in-home care is a single service booked in isolation. The Home Practice Method starts differently: a clinical assessment from one of our Doctors, a coordinated plan built around what your body actually needs, and a team of practitioners who all work from that same picture, session after session.
The Standard Behind The Practice
Care built around you, not around a single service.
Single sessions are always available, and many clients start there. But when you're ready for lasting change, The Home Practice Method begins with an Introductory Exam from one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy or Chiropractic. That assessment becomes the foundation for a comprehensive plan, built specifically for you, and delivered by whichever combination of massage therapy, assisted stretch, chiropractic, and physical therapy your body calls for. No two plans look alike, because no two clients are alike.

Your Plan Is Built
The Doctor advises our care team on what a comprehensive plan should include, drawing from our full range of disciplines.
À La Carte Care
Your sessions are scheduled around that plan, mixing massage, stretch, chiropractic, and physical therapy as needed.
Reassessed Every 6 Months
Our Doctors revisit your plan twice yearly to confirm what's working and adjust what should change.
You are not receiving a service. You are receiving the standard.

Common Questions
Do I have to book a full assessment to get started?
No. Single sessions of massage, assisted stretch, chiropractic, physical therapy, or natural medicine are always available on their own. The Introductory Exam is for clients who want a coordinated, comprehensive plan across our full team.
Do you come to my home for every session?
Yes. Every discipline, from massage to chiropractic to physical therapy, is delivered in your home, across our four current service zones.
How is The Home Practice different from booking a mobile massage?
Anyone can book a single mobile session. The Home Practice is built around a coordinated team: when you want it, your practitioners work from the same assessment and the same plan, so care builds over time instead of starting over at every visit.
